I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Matira Beach, which I loved. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. However, I faced some issues with room service and unexpected charges during my stay, which really dampened the experience. Overall, it's a great spot, but they need to improve a few things for a perfect stay.
